QUALITY MANAGEMENT

The Rock Support Ltd Quality Management System has been developed to meet the requirements of BS EN ISO 9001:2008.

Rock Support Ltd recognises that quality is paramount and is committed to providing its clients with an efficient, dependable and safe contracting service to achieve specified requirements. It will continually analyse its performance to ensure it is working to the highest standards and achieving client satisfaction.

The company will set Quality Objectives that will be reviewed, analysed and updated annually. Quality Objectives will be set and reviewed at the Management Review meeting and will then be circulated to everyone within organisation.
To achieve the objectives of the Quality Management System, the Director requires the full commitment and participation of staff at all levels within the organisation.
